All Details
I am the Patthar Kuti plant, the resilient stone-dweller. My succulent, fleshy leaves form beautiful geometric rosettes that thrive in rocky crevices and dry soils, embodying endurance and minimalist beauty in harsh landscapes.
I am a hardy, drought-tolerant succulent known for my ability to grow in rocky, stony areas with minimal soil, often used in rock gardens and as ground cover in xeriscaping.
Native to arid and semi-arid regions; commonly found in rocky habitats across various dry climates.
Water very sparingly; allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Overwatering is the most common cause of failure.
Requires full sun to partial shade. Best color and compact form are achieved with ample sunlight.
Thrives in warm, dry conditions (18-30°C); tolerant of high heat but sensitive to frost and prolonged cold dampness.
Plant in extremely well-drained, sandy or gritty soil. Ideal for rock gardens, crevices, and containers with drainage holes.
Feed lightly with a diluted, balanced succulent fertilizer only once a year at the beginning of the growing season.
Likely refers to plants like Sedum species (Stonecrop), Graptopetalum, or similar succulents commonly called "Stone Plant" or "Rock Rose" in local terms.
Generally non-toxic to cats and dogs, but it's always best to discourage ingestion.
Low; primarily valued for ornamental and water-wise gardening benefits.
Excellent for erosion control on slopes; perfect for low-maintenance, water-efficient gardens; adds unique texture and form to arrangements.
Root rot from overwatering; mealybugs and aphids in crowded conditions; etiolation (stretching) in low light.
Long-lived perennial; can survive for many years, forming spreading clumps or mats. Individual rosettes may live several years, propagating easily.
