I’m a succulent with thick leaves and long-lasting clusters of colourful flowers, thriving in sunlight with very little care.
I'm a popular flowering succulent known for my thick, fleshy leaves and stunning clusters of small flowers that come in vibrant shades of red, orange, yellow, pink, and white!
Busy plant parents and indoor gardeners adore me for my long-lasting blooms, drought tolerance, and the way I add a pop of color to windowsills and desks with very little maintenance.
I'm perfect for containers, indoor gardens, office spaces, and as gift plants — anywhere you want reliable color and succulent simplicity!
I originally come from Madagascar and other tropical areas of Africa and Asia, where I've adapted to store water in my leaves to survive dry conditions.
Water me thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry — usually every 2-3 weeks.
I'm extremely drought-tolerant and prefer the "soak and dry" method like most succulents.
Overwatering is my biggest enemy — I'd rather be too dry than too wet!
I love bright, indirect light for 4-6 hours daily for the best growth and flowering!
Some morning sun is wonderful, but harsh afternoon sun can scorch my leaves.
Too little light will make me stretch and reduce my flowering.
I'm comfortable in temperatures between 15°C and 29°C.
I need protection from frost and freezing temperatures — I'm a tropical beauty at heart!
Choose a container with excellent drainage holes — crucial for my health!
Use fast-draining cactus or succulent soil mix
Plant me at the same depth I was in my nursery container
Wait 5-7 days before watering after repotting
Place me in a bright spot where I'll get plenty of indirect light
I'm perfect for mixed succulent arrangements and dish gardens!
I can be easily propagated from leaf or stem cuttings
Feed me with balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength during active growth.
I'm a light feeder — too much fertilizer can damage my roots!
Use succulent-specific fertilizer or compost tea for organic care.
